This Privacy Policy describes how REPSLedger ("we", "us") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the REPSLedger mobile app (the "App"). REPSLedger helps you log and document work hours related to real estate activities.

Information We Collect

• Account information. When you create an account, we collect your email address and password.
• Content you create. Time log entries (dates, durations, activity descriptions, and notes), property records (names and addresses, including map coordinates derived from those addresses), reminders, and photos you choose to attach.
• Voice input. If you use voice dictation, your speech is converted to text using your device operating system's speech recognition service. After you review the transcript, the text is sent to our AI processing service to structure it into a log entry. We do not store your audio recordings.
• Push notification token. If you allow notifications, we store a device push token so the App can deliver reminder notifications to your device.

Device Permissions

The App requests certain permissions only to power the features you use: the microphone and speech recognition for voice dictation, the camera and photo library for attaching photos, and notifications for reminders you set. You can decline or revoke any of these permissions in your device settings.

How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely to provide the App's functionality: authenticating your account, storing and syncing your logs and properties, generating your dashboard statistics, and producing exports you request. We do not use your data for advertising.

Data Storage and Third-Party Services

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services (Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Storage), which are governed by Google's Privacy Policy. Transcribed voice text is processed by our AI service provider to generate structured log entries. Reminder notifications are delivered through Expo's push notification service.

Analytics and Tracking

The App does not include third-party analytics or advertising SDKs, does not display ads, and does not track you across other apps or websites.

Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers described above as needed to operate the App, or if required by law.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete individual logs, properties, and photos in the App at any time. To request deletion of your account and all associated data, contact us at the email address below.

Security

Your data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that restrict your content to your account. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information using industry-standard practices.

Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, please contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
